I ordered "Happy family" which has a lot of seafood and beef, my friend ordered "curry chicken", the plate was huge! I think maybe one of them is suitable for two of us.

I hate to write a bad review for this place because the owners are so nice and the atmosphere is good and the prices are good. But it is like eating fast food or frozen reheated food. The chicken looked like chicken nuggets and the food was like something you would get on an airplane. Just all in all it was bad your money would be better spent at the grocery store chinese place. The food was cheap but not worth it because it was pretty much made for the garbage. The only thing I ate from our order was the hot and sour soup and even that was disappointing and I burned my tongue severe bad lol.

I am a huge fan of Greenwood Mandarin Restaurant in Bellevue. Great staff, excellent choices and open for business more than most Eastside Chinese restaurants - I like the noodle but everything is good.

Went there when visiting my parents in Bellevue to pick up a to go order for them-dining room was empty. Food was sub-par. Coy fish tanks in the front room made me want to cry they were so dirty and ill.

This place was just OK.The condition of the restaurant and the decor were a little run down. Not terrible, but nothing that a little effort couldn't improve.Service was ok. The only patrons were my husband and me, and a party of 6 or 7 next to us. They brought me the wrong soup, but brought the correct one after a few minutes. The hot and sour soup and wonton soup were again, just ok. The vegetable fried rice was also just ok. The Mongolian Beef was pretty good.I doubt we will come here again, for the price the food should be better than alright.

If you like Americanized Chinese food, this place is ok. The lunch portions were fairly sized, although the taste was just ok. Again, this would be fine if this was, like Kansas, but being in Bellevue, you can easily fine places that serve better generic Chinese food - Sechuwan Chef, Bamboo Garden, just to name a few.The service was fine and tood was fine, but there's just too many good places to go for Chinese in Bellevue for this place to compete.

Great service, and the food came very quickly. I ordered lunch combo number C (yeah... number C) and found more vegetables than meat. It was about a 5:1 ratio. The meat was a little flavorless, but the sauces were good. The building looks sketchy on the outside, but the inside is quite nice and very spacious. Before you ask, you cannot eat the fish from the fish tank, although I'm not sure you'd want to because the fish looks like it wants to eat you first. Great menu choices overall. Definitely the best Mandarin restraunt in Eastgate. NS, NP.

This place is OK, they have good hand shaven noodles and hot and sour soup, but its not the best Chinese food I have ever tasted. The service is good though.

While on two trips to Seattle, we stayed in Bellevue. We dined in a couple of times and found that although the building itself was not in the best of shape, the servers were very efficient (mind you the last time we were there was 2010). The food was very well prepared and we enjoyed different things on it but our most favorite was the house-made hand shaved noodles. They were fresh and tasty with the chicken lo mein. We would definitely go again on our next trip to Seattle.

I love Greenwood Mandarin's hand-shaven noodles and weekend specialty menu. They even make fresh soymilk (there are both sweet and salty versions). While the food quality is reliable, the service is subpar, and detracts from the restaurant. There have been multiple dine-in occasions where the servers would snap at customers for wanting to order.Take out is even less reliable. Generally, I would have to wait at least another 20 minutes after arriving at the restaurant (totaling 40+ minutes of waiting) The owner/manager does not seem to value take-out orders. If time/service is not a factor, the food is well worth your $

Worst service ever. The owner is the rudest person I have ever met. I wish i could rate this place 0 stars They fight with customers in the middle of the dinning room. They sign up for a certificate and treat you as a second class citizen, with disgust upon presentation. The details?-this place is disgusting. Had I known what the place looked like inside, I would have never purchased a certificate for this place.-service: upon arrival, the waitress just tells us go inside, I'll be there shortly. After about 2 or 3 minutes of no one showing up, we sit ourselves. 10 more minutes without a menu or drink orders. After that... Business as usual, when the time came to bring in the check we mentioned that we had purchased a certificate and the lady just left... She LEFT, tended to other tables before coming back to us another 10 minutes later. We show her the app with the certificate and the lady tells me to print it off somewhere, even though the website says to use your phone... She insists I call the company, and leaves the tab on the table... Calls over the manager and she gives us a look of disgust and a nasty gesture. We call http://restaurant.com and they insist to just tell the waitress to call them to validate the voucher. At that moment, the owner and waitress come to the table with an attitude, telling us 30 other restrictions and arguing in the middle of the dinning room... What a shame of a place. They truly are the worst kind of business around... They show no respect for their customers, absolutely no concern for quality and cleanliness either. To the owner- you are in business because of your customers, your customers come to you for a good experience, if you can't provide that... What sets you apart? Respect the people who spend their hard earned money on your business.... You have nothing without them.
